Welcome to the Residential Loan Division of American Industries Life Insurance Company.  We have two convenient locations in HOUSTON, TEXAS to help you through the process of financing your home.  The interest market changes many times every day.  We try to keep up with it and always work to obtain the most favorable rates for you.  We take the time to explain the process to you so that you will understand the various decisions necessary.

American Industries has a versatile group of loan programs to help provide the best way to solve your special needs.  We retain many of the loans for our own investment portfolio.  In some cases, we act as a broker for one of the large banks or lending institutions.  We like to believe that if ways exist to place your loan, Ron will find them.
